An orientation programme was arranged for Hindi teachers on 18th July 2025 Friday in the school premises. The resource persons were Ms. M. Preeti Sinha & Mr. Basant Kumar.
The Orientation started with an interesting activity of self-introduction in a unique way, followed by an activity of identifying different vegetables.
Later, a comprehensive overview of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) which ensued, emphasized the progressive shift towards competency-based learning, multilingual pedagogy and contextual grammar instruction. The resource person even shared effective grammar-teaching strategies tailored for Hindi classrooms at various levels. She even recommended engaging classroom activities like Navachar and picture-based idiom identification.
In the end she introduced numerous web-based resources useful for grammar instruction and interactive learning. The session was very well received. The interactive segments kept teachers highly engaged. Attendees expressed that the activity ideas and websites suggested were immediately implementable. The focus on NEP & NCF alignment gave the session educational and professional relevance.
