A Field Trip to People For Animals

Field Trip - GRADE 7 & 8

A field trip to ‘People for Animals’, Wildlife Hospital was organized by NPS, Bangalore, Kengeri, for the students of Grade VII & VIII on 31st Oct, 2015. The organization PFA works with a noble thought & mission to rescue injured animals captivated or used for magic trade, confiscated/ smuggled animals illegally, give them the care they need, help to rehabilitate them and then finally release them into the wild. This non-profitable organization aid animals, and has a rehabilitation center for animals like snake, monkeys, turtle, and eagles and so on.

Students had an opportunity to keep their minds open and sensitize themselves to their natural surrounding especially animals. This was indeed an educational trip to all our students to think back, reflect upon themselves as responsible future citizens with an urge to preserve and spread awareness to protect animals. It was indeed a day spent with a difference.
